New identity, same mission
Your money has deadlines. Magpie watches every one.
Returns, subscriptions, and free trials in one calm dashboard, with a reminder before each deadline. No bank link required.
Be first in line for early access. Launch updates only, unsubscribe anytime.
Small deadlines, real money
You did the hard part. You decided to return it, cancel it, or try it first. Then life happened.
The return window closes
The box sits by the door, the return-by date slips past, and the refund you were owed becomes money you spent.
The free trial quietly converts
You meant to decide before it charged you. The trial did not wait for you to remember.
The subscription renews on autopilot
Services you stopped using keep billing you, month after month, because canceling was never on today's list.
Hundreds of dollars a year
Forgotten subscriptions and unreturned purchases quietly add up, often to hundreds of dollars a year for a household juggling several of each. That is not a fee or a bill. It is money you already decided to keep, slipping away on missed deadlines.
Your numbers depend on your subscriptions and shopping habits.
How Magpie works
-
Capture in seconds
Forward an order or subscription email to your personal Magpie address, snap a photo of a receipt, or type it in yourself. Magpie fills in the merchant, the amount, and the deadline.
-
See everything in one place
One dashboard for returns, subscriptions, and trials, each with its deadline and status. No digging through inboxes or bank statements to remember what is due.
-
Get reminded before it matters
Magpie sends a reminder before every deadline, with the merchant, the amount, and the date, plus one clear next step. In time to act, never to nag.
Privacy is the product, not the price
Most money apps want your bank login on day one. Magpie is built the other way around.
No bank link required
You start with just your email and what you choose to add. Connecting a bank is never required to use Magpie.
Your inbox stays yours
You forward the emails you want tracked. Our AI runs on our servers, not inside your email account, by default.
Never sold, never shared for ads
We do not sell your personal data, and we never share it for advertising. Our business is helping you keep your money, not spending it.
Today, zero bank data
Right now Magpie holds no bank data at all, because there is nothing to link. If we ever add optional bank connections, they will be opt-in, and this page will say so plainly.
Get early access
Magpie starts with a small, invite-only testing group, and invites go to the waitlist first. Add your email and we will let you know when your spot opens.
Thanks for wanting in. Sign-up is not open quite yet, so nothing was sent. Email us at hello@gomagpie.app and we will save your spot for early access.
We will only use your email for Magpie launch updates. Unsubscribe anytime.
Questions, answered plainly
Is Magpie free?
Core tracking is free: returns, subscriptions, trials, and reminders. We plan a paid tier later with extras, but the essentials stay free.
When does Magpie launch?
We open with a small invite-only test on Android first, with invites going to the waitlist. iOS follows on the same app. Joining the waitlist is the fastest way in.
Do I have to connect my bank?
No, and connecting a bank is never required. You start with your email and whatever you choose to add. Right now Magpie holds no bank data at all.
How do reminders work?
Every return, renewal, or trial you track has a deadline, and Magpie sends a push notification before it arrives: the merchant, the amount, the date, and one clear next step. You can snooze or mark it handled.
What does Magpie do with my data?
Magpie only sees what you give it: forwarded emails, receipt photos, or details you type in. Our AI processes them on our servers, not inside your accounts. We never sell your personal data or share it for advertising, and you can delete your data whenever you want.
Which platforms will Magpie be on?
Android first, then iOS on the same codebase shortly after. The waitlist works for both: we will ask which platform you use and invite you when yours is ready.
